how can i make myself wake up EARLY in the morning??
i feel like im wasting my day sleeping in till 11-12pm .. i cant seem to snap out of it .. and i find myself skipping classes or running late for everything

what would be ideal is if i can wake up early and go for a bike ride or run to start my day .. but its not happening cause i cant even roll out of the bed that early .. i feel so heavy in the head (asleep)
should i see someone about it ? or does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do ? could it be im eating the wrong foods ? im sleeping by 12am and feel that i can sleep for 6 no more than 7 hours but seriously recently its been close to 12 hours later that i wake up

anyone got any suggestions apart from getting someone to throw cold water over my head
