I want to let you guys in on one of my pre season get in shape ideas!!

a few years ago, I got on a wobble board that my brother was using for an ankle injury. After standing and trying to balance on it for a couple of minutes,I couldnt believe how my leg muscles were hurting in the same places they hurt when your boarding.
This thing takes most of my attention to pre season fitness, working those leg and ankle muscles and joints to loosen and strengthen them up!

  Its a good thing,,,,,get on one ;D
