I am madly working away on it at around 15 to 18 hours per day....

Snowman - one thing that i have noticed. When I go into my email and then close it down again, when I then go into the forums it brings it up in another window. The only way that i have found to get it to operate in the original window is to close snowzonw down and come back into the site again.

Snowman - noticed something else. In the forum menu, when you highlight the subject by selecting it with the mouse curser the topic name disappears. I think it's highlight colour is the same as the background.

The email issue is a real pain.

Ive actually been looking for an answer to that issue for months. Its a java issue as the mail interface's java overides all other code, including frames.

As for the forum menu, im still working on the stylesheet so it may play up a bit for a day or so.

Sorry for the delay in bringing the site online....A combination of the FLU (which wont go away) and a possible eye-sight problem has thrown me totally out of wack. Im hoping we can get back on track in a few days.

Ah well im still blind as a bat...but work is progressing at a rapid rate...finally

:whip:

The new php core has been loaded and im currently working on the template system....

If all goes well the site will be fully operational (except snowcams and snow reports) by late Sunday afternoon.

Snowcams will then be introduced and then hopefully the full snow reporting system will be online and functioning in about a week.

In the meantime i need everyones help!!!

The new site runs a fully searchable internet directory and due to the complexity of moving from the old system to this new faster code, we will be unable to move over the site links currently listed on the SnowzonE Directory.

If know of a good snow sports related site, why not submit it to the new internet directory!

The directory has oved 500 categories and is designed to cover the entire world's ski sites, not just Australian ones.

To pre-submit a site while the new core is being finished and to get a sneak preview of the new site CLICK HERE

Note: The templates are currently under development so dont be surprised if you suddenly come across an unfinished page or two!
