gate entry

hi everyone my? is .
it costs $23 per day to park at hotham ,but i have
3 people in the car do i have to pay $7 per day caped
at $20 per person on top of the car entry?this is so
expensive [i know it costs alot to run a resort ]but
the accommadation for ME is $245 and the cars is
$115 thats near half price just to park.

The entry of $23 per day is the only charge. They don't care how many people are in the car.

The other option is you can park at Harretville in the Hoys car park and catch the bus up. It is cheaper that way. I'm not sure exactly how much, but it does save on things like chains if you don't have them.

If you are likely to go up for more than 10 days then a season pass for $250 could be better option.

At least at Hotham you can drive right up into the Village....Buller leaves Hotham for dead in entry fees....They charge you at the gate and then you have to pay for a very expensive taxi to take you and your stuff into the village from Horsehill.

Im sure there used to be a sign just before the gate saying

thanks for the info ,i spoke to hoys ,and christiansbus
service ,christian is going to charge me $150 for 2 cars
to park for 5days and return transfers for 6 people not a bad price,i still have to pay gate entry but still cheap
its $7.70 per day now . thanks again.

i have booked and payed for the arlberg looks an o.k place.2 bedroom with balcony ,pool ,spa ,bar ;D
