just a post to get things moving

what do you think is better step-ins or strap-ins and why?
 

i like strap-in because i have heard too many stories about step-ins releasing half way down a run

ive tried the old step ins a few years ago before i really could feel the difference, but strap on since then.
 The new kind are a bit different now, I guess Id givem a go if I had the chance!
